2010 Camaro Hurst Shifter prototype fitted

Posted by: admin In: Main ()

The factory GMPP Hurst shifter option has so far been unavailable from GM, and likely won’t be available until the third quarter of this year or first quarter of 2010. The shifter you see fitted HERE is Hurst’s prototype shifter developed from 2SSRS’ car. Although it is the same height as the stock shifter, it has reduced shift travel by nearly 50% from the factory shifter, as well as providing a more “positive” shift feeling. The shifter was installed without dropping the transmission.
