They are actually "Vinyl" and not painted. I had a 2-piece laminate used ( HIgh Gloss Laminate over top of Cyber Grey Vinyl ) which gives it the look of paint, but at only a fraction of the cost. Would of cost $1500 - 2000 to paint ... ended up only costing $395 instead.
Luv the look of your "painted" stripes.. I want to do the same thing on mine. but want them to be "Ghost" type
