Actually don't have a problem with professional courtesy. Problem is screwing a customer over 5k isn't very proffessional in my humble opinion. As far as customers blaming you for everything that happens at GM, maybe if they thought you had thier best interests at heart, instead of your wallet, they would actually understand. You forget the object off sales is to help find a solution to a customers problem or needs. And as for hitting them on the survey, its simple, if your salesperson, managers, and dealership do their job, like they are suppose to, guess what? They wouldn't have to worry about the surveys. Wish you guys a great 3rd quarter, and thats no B.S. Good Luck!!

guess expecting "professional courtesy" for you is a stretch. We should be helping each other make money (i.e. dealer trades) instead of you bumping posts. Its bad enough that everyone blames us (dealer employees ) for GM's issues we don't need to cut each others throats. this is the last post! good luck with your sales

Hey, we werent one taking advantage of customers back when Camaro's where scarce. You dig your own grave. But what do I know, havent been in the car "18 years" and maybe they are "crying about paying for the hottest car"

How about you start selling at MSRP, start moving the Camaro's and GM give you more allocations? Thats how the honest dealerships are doing it.

If your selling so many...I will buy as many as you got at GMS pricing.
