Hi Tony, Sounds like you have a bad one there. The board should be clipped in tight to the plastic front, if this isn't tight it reduces the length of the clips making it difficult to clip in. Unrolling the untenna to be straight will help, although 1 ft is extremly poor. Please email me:- dpotter@knightlight.co.uk and this will be sorted. Thanks

I am having a problem with the scanner snapping into place on one side. i have tried everything I could. 3m tape wont work. I tried bending on the tab a little bit but no go. it pops out. Now its startign to seperate from the board. I need some help here. Also the range for the remote is horrible. i need to be within 1 ft of the car for it to work. any tips to increase range? maybe an antenna?
