I had a local powder coater do it, and it has lasted really nice almost 2 years now. He also put a clear powder to give it a little shine and added protection. Cost a bit more for 2 colors and all the masking work he had to do. I think it ran about $700 out the door. Red would look sharp, post some pics if you decide to get it done.

How'd you get the wheels done, I was considering a similar option for mine in red.
