Mine was actually loaded onto a railcar that couldn't be tracked using the CSX tool. Figure around 5 days travel time. Got my car today - it is so worth the wait, really I couldn't be happier.

Heard any more news? I'm still holding out for this weekend, but the train must have been pulled by Clydesdales, it took forever to get to Birmingham.

It feels like forever waiting for the production week, but then it's on the train. Mine may be in by next week. Got my invoice and lining up the payment this week.

Well I got some good news today. I order my car last Tuesday and I'm already at 3000!!!

I got a lot of that too, which is why I went with Craigslist. I got a number of lowball offers from people (one who I was pretty sure was a dealer), but the couple I sold it to found me out there. I hope your private sales experience is better than mine. I was heading to their bank in Navarre when I got rear-ended by a kid in a 93 Dodge shadow with no front or rear bumpers. It was nothing more than a bad tap, but when you have no nose on a car, it does bad things. Couple stuck with me though, although that bonehead kid cost me $300 and two weeks.

I sold mine too soon as it turned out, and although I have money to put down, it's not as much as it could have been. I had to fork out 5K in August to replace the house HVAC system, which put a dent in the ol' bank account. Should still be able to get a reasonable payment for 60mo tho. Did you put the car on Craigslist? That's how I sold mine. I never got much response with the other methods.
