Sorry for the delayed response from 01/19.. I found out who the car belongs to yesterday. There are now two almost identical two-tone IOM/Black SS's in Phoenix. Unfortunetly, he painted his long before mine. His car is kept in a shop covered up.

I haven't been to Pavillions in a few weeks. I was at the Superior run that day. I've been hearing there is a similar painted car like mine.
