Hey Jeff. Are you trying to play music over the car speakers, or just the phone conversation? If you are trying to play music, unfortunately only certain products of ours support playing music over Bluetooth and the Silverado isn't one of them. If you're talking about phone conversation, what exactly happens? Is the phone ringing over the speakers at all when you get an incoming call, or nothing, or something else maybe?

My Palm Pre connects via Bluetooth with my 2009 1500 Silverado - but no smartphone audio goes to vehicle speakers. Ideas? I can certainly believe I'm doing something wrong.
