I haven't been back to the dealer since I talked to GM because they didn't come up with any solution to the problem. It really just seemed as though GM took my complaint which was that the dealer didn't do anything, which may have reflected badly on the dealer. But besides that, they didn't actually come up with a solution to fix the issue.
It is really frustrating because in all my visits, the dealer didn't seem to understand what the problem was, and acted like I was crazy or didn't know how to turn the radio on. After one of my visits, they actually put on the paperwork that in order for the radio to turn on, I just needed to push the on bottom. That obviously isn't the issue, but unfortunately the car only does it the first time it is started when it is cold out.
