I went to AAC for the new side marker lights and what a pain. I ordered the lights and asked for ashen gray and was told it was in house. They sent me carbon flash and said it is the same color. I put the markers up by the wipers and took a pic to show them it wasn't. I have been told since the 6th of Feb that its at the painters. This past Sunday I open up my email and found a reply that said we are sorry- send the lights back and we can give you a set that isn't painted and you can go do it yourself????? Is that customer service or what?

Well I guess they had enough people call in they sent me a set painted, we'll see how they hold up??????

Don't get me wrong, they do look dam good!!!! I just hate all the that goes with them. If they just kept the customer happy they would make a bunch of money!

I haven't done sidemarkers yet. I've done other simple things from them, and they've been great. I wasn't happy with the color of one of my switchback LED bulbs and they sent me a new one right away. I changed it out and sending the old one back.

I was real happy with the color of mine when they got them right. The only thing that I really am not happy with is the tabs that hold the lights in (the backing plate with holding tab) place, they break if you try to take them out. I had mine in for 3 weeks and had to take one of them out to fix a leak and it snapped off. I knew there was an issue with them breaking so I took my time and still couldn't get it to come out without breaking the tab. I called and asked about it and they said send it back and we'll get to it.

I didnt want to deal with the LED side markers so I just bought a black out kit for them. Cheap and offers a similar effect.

But I will be purchasing some AAC LED fog lights with the DRL harness.

has anyone put a set of the ghost lights in yet?

I got side markers , pw13 fog lights with the drl harness, and the afterburner lights. Never had a problem with them. They even replaced a bad after burner tail light with no problem. I guess not everyone is lucky huh?
