When we are having a club event, we try to keep the club focused on that event. If a suggested event conflicts with one of our planned events, we won't post it on the club forum, web site, or Facebook page.
This is not meant to make anyone feel left out, or discount any other suggested event.
Actually, we want your ideas and the events you've found! We just can't post on conflicting dates for things like Clarksville, Bluff City Shootout, or Shiloh for example. All of our members put a lot of work into making these things happen, and other clubs are involved in some of the events; which means they put a lot of work into the events as well. This is why we push for a good turn out.
If an event is posted that was suggested but has not been deemed a Club event, it will be labeled as a "Non Club Event" or "Community Event". In these cases, we will post other events (within reason, LOL).
