For real. I can understand people want their privacy and stuff but some people need to just let things go.. 2 pages or whatever of wether or not its ok to have your plates online is ridiculous. But yeah its kinda cool the owner found the thread. Theres quite a few C5 members in my area I found out recently. But yeah I'll get the pictures to you. I'm just going to sleep right now though so its going to be a little while. I'll probably see about getting them painted when I take it in to get my stripes painted hopefully its not too much. Christmas is only like 4 months away.. Don't have to wait too long lol.

Yeah, thats the thread I was hoping after I took it down everyone would just forget about it. Which picture do you want btw? Just the shot that shows the whole side of the car? I normally don't like the slp wheels either but I saw a photoshop of a sgm with the black ones and it looked nice. Not sure if thats what I want to do though, pretty sure powder coating my wheels black would be a lot cheaper and still look good.

I'm thinking about getting the slp wheels. They're the only after market wheels that are the same exact size as stock and actually look good. Or just getting mine powder coated black or getting them black chromed.

Theres a guy that lives in my girlfriends apartment complex that has a CGM with the stock rims painted black and I think his car looks amazing. He has it lowered too tho so that makes it look even better. But I'd have to say yeah do it. It looks much better in person than it does in pictures.

Thats what I thought. I don't have jack stands or a jack.. Even if I did I'm not sure I'd trust myself doin all that. The paint place I've talked to wants 200 to paint my calipers so I'm not sure I'll go through with that. But if I were to do it myself Id paint everything I could get to. It would really bother me if I ever looked down there and saw an unpainted area on them. I'm not entirely sure where you're talking about though but if its just caliper and no brake pad I'd probably try to paint it at least.

Lol. I only noticed cause I couldn't remember if I wrote you back so I checked and saw you wrote on your own thing. I was thinking about that too.. You need to take your wheels off to do that though right?
