Well, it looks like my Camaro might just get to come home.
The wife got a job and starts Tuesday.
It's a contract job 3 to 4 months, so I still am not sure if I should go for it and get my dream, but what the heck. She is very good at what she does , so I hope she can either get on direct, or find something else direct before this job ends.
If not, I guess I get a second job, if I get my Camaro, cause I aint going to let her go back (the Camaro that is).

Well on Tuesday the wife lost her job - Sh*t !!!!!!!!!!!!!
It was because of some stupid b*llsh*t.
If the car comes in before my wife can find a new job, I will not be able to purchase my car.
I can not afford the Camaro and make the other payments too. So either she gets a job, or I'm going to be crying when my dealer calls.
My dealer wants to do the financing when I get a VIN#. When the VIN# is issued he will call me and I'll have to tell him I can not get the car. I'll loose my deposit +the car.
I have not told my dealer yet.
I mean we are both Engineers. What the F**K!
I am bummed and heart broken.
I thought I was at a point in my life were I could afford it (I thought). I really love that car. More than any Firebird I ever saw. Now that dream is gone also.
Please pray that my wife finds work before I have to say good bye to my dream.

At that time you had not received your ABM baby, but I read some of your posts and it sounded like the car was at the dealer, so I'm thinking your are enjoying your new car.
If so congratz!!!.
I know the wait has been hard.

I receive word from my dealer Wednesday that my order moved to 3000. He thinks I may get a TPW for some time in early Sept., and have the car by mid Sept. or late Sept.
The one catch is my factory applied white rally stripes. Do you know if this will delay delivery, or how long?
My B-Day is Oct. 4, so if I could receive my car around that time, that would be a killer B-day present.
Well, I hope we can put together a meet & greet soon.
I have been trying to find all the other Gen5 Camaro owners I can in Indiana.
