We are camping at Ginnie Springs. . .sort of. Our cars may actually come in on the same day. Richard emailed me today to let me know it takes 2-8 days to actuall get the car to the dealership once it arrives. They may wait for multiple cars to come in to transport them over. I may try to drive by the railyard on Tuesday to see if I can see the car. The wait is almost over. . .

I ordered from Ferman Chevy in Tarpon Springs. I just a message from EAkrish, and he got his from Dimmitt, and he said his and mine are on the same train.

Congrats! Yeah, we can see about doing something. I checked, but I didn't get an ETA from CSX. Just says it left at 10:37 AM yesterday from Oshawa. Hopefully we're on the same time frame as CamaroGirl.

Mine shipped before yours. It's taking the scenic route. It is was headed towards Ohio today and had a final destination of Drew, Florida at 11am on July 28th!!!! (Still trying to figure out what exactly "Drew" Florida is because its not a city.

The update said I actually shipped, but I am not counting my chickens. Only a couple of days in QC seems pretty unreal. . .and the rail listed is Southern Pacific which is mostly out west. She must be taking the scenic route.

Don't feel bad about pestering him. You are excited just like everyone else waiting. I would call & ask for Ryan. He called me right back & was happy to help me. Ryan gave me my TPW of 7/13 & did caution me not to get too excited because how soon it was delivered really depended on how soon it left QC. I'm going to say this. . .& this is purely my opinion. . .but XXXX has been in there everytime I have gone in there & I don't think I would have ever buy a car from him. His approach was very cheesy every time (last night when I stopped to look at the black one, he told me "You would look good in it & we can put you in one of those" & once he found out I had dealt with someone else, he seemed to have no interest in even talking to me. Marc was happy to help even though we had been looking for Richard. I have called CS and they weren't really helpful. Besides talking to Ryan - your best bet is checking the updated list every day.

On w00t's tracking thread there is a link to how to figure out your vin. . .it took a few minutes, but I figured everything out except for the check number...but then I put everything into the calculation and thread and poof! there is was. Let me know if you still need help and I can take a stab at it.

We were at Checkers about 7:30ish then we went down to Dimmit. My hubby has been looking at the Equinox. . .I think its new car jealousy settling in. If you haven't already, you should add your vin to the update list. Mine's sitting in quality control, but hopefully not for long. . . .

Absolutely! I am crossing fingers and toes it comes before August 13 as I have to go out of town for a couple of days.

The Checkers car shows usually start around 6 and end until roughly nightfall. Tonights got stopped short due to the rain. We will be there next friday though.
