We blazed after the rain delay in the sixth. I was wondering why people would want to see in your glove compartment so I had to go out and look at mine.....Hmmmmm, I was not all that impressed but I did not question it too much....lol I am not sure a radar will help all that much. So many are using laser now and even the best is marginal against that damn laser. What you really need is some punk in a ricer to race on ahead about a half mile to clean out the road ahead...lol Or you can come out to Byers and race on the track and have some wide open fun. I would have been in panic mode. Had 1" hail at Dia last night but we just had a quick shower. Finally getting life back to normal again. Hopefully it keeps getting more and more normal........Track meet must have been at Hinkley? You should have taken a gun!

I will talk to you soon. Going to finish cleaning house then jump out and give the car a quick once over. BTW I figured out launch control and played with it at a friends training track. Wholly shit. I was leaving 35 to 45 ft burnouts on takeoff even with the launch control. But it was just smooth fresh concrete not much rubber or stick to it yet this year. Was pulling 60 ft times right around 2.2 to 2.6 with the launch control and 2.5 to 3.0 without. So until my foot gets more steady I am using launch control when at Bandameir.

Weather cleared up enough to go. Just got home a bitago. Nice turn out. Stayed out near the car for awhile then went in to sit and relax. Lots of lookers. Answered a few questions and had the glove compartment.Only rained a little about 7:30 but no hail.

I'm supposed to take the car to Colorado national speedway tonight and display the car for Hajek. Free passes and food. There is however quater size hail warnings until 4pm tonight so right now the cars sitting, We'll still head over but without the new one. Definately going to invest in radar detector. Daughter had a track meet right down the road from Nolan. I didn't take the call though so I didn't stop
