it just means the same speed over a long period of time. example: taking a 2 hour road trip doing between 65 and 70. Change it up a little, go 85 for like 2 minutes and then bring it back down. Street driving with a little highway or vice versa is ideal. you want to mix it up.

Here are my plans. Step 1: Go pick up my insurance papers.
Step 2: In-N-Out in La Mirada where Mustangs hang out
Step 3: Pick up Linkwpc in Torrance and go cruise for a little bit.
Step 4: Pick up the wife. And maybe cruise back to Torrance.
We definitely have to do a cruise. I was thinking PCH.
