Hi Brandon, I have a 2010 v6 camaro. The warranty expired in March. I notice it has a front timing cover leak. Was there any recall repairs for this ? I noticed quite a few people have had this same problem. My name is Andrew Eng and my cell number is 714-932-0916. Thanks for your time.
My 2010 Camaro LT engine light recently came on. I immediately had it checked & it displayed code P0449. I called Chevy & received the disappointing news that it is not covered under warranty. I initially wanted a Classic 1968 Camaro, but chose the 2010 Camaro with the Classic look, but new & warrantied engine. I dont know how to work on cars; so, this was a logical choice. Plus, I live & work in a rural area, so I drive 35 minutes each way to work at the local community college. I LOVE my Camaro. At first, I received compliments daily! I still get compliments 1-2 times a month (58,809 miles). My heart swells with pride every time! Code P0449 is an emissions problem; how come its not covered under warranty? Im still making monthly payments & was not prepared to have to make such a big repair. I change the oil & get a check-up and rotate the tires regularly. I LOVE my Camaro, please help. Thank you.
I have a 2010 Camaro LT1 with just over 38K miles. Akin to many of the individuals I see on here, I am recently discovered the dreaded P0008 code. Obviously, the 36K bumper-to-bumper warranty is out the window, but does the 100K drive train warranty still cover this issue? I've seen people state that it SHOULD, yet none have confirmed that it actually does.
I got the low oil pressure turn engine off warning on my 2011 Camaro 1SS 60000 miles vin #2g1fs1ew4b9111613. I shut it down and called my dealer hurricane Chevrolet in hurricane West Virginia. They had it towed to there dealership. I was told after the diognoseis that there was no oil pressure and that the valve was stuck on the oil pump do to dirty oil. I told them that my oil still had 45% life and I just had it changed about two moths ago 3-30-13. When I went to pick it up 3 days later the service manager said the never took one bolt off all they done was an oil change and I had to pay $70 dollars for it. Will this warning happen again since the oil pump was not replaced
I ask the same thing as Toxikk. Is there any indication as to why 1LE's are not being shipped from the factory? I am assuming weather is playing a role in it. Thanks in advance for all your help. For what it is worth, my order number is QXHN8V. Again, thanks!
