Hey Brandon just got back from vacation in New Brunswick and Quebec and the bad publicity has started big time as quite a few people noticed my paint. I told them that GM was going to take care of it but so far they haven't. I haven't heard from anybody since the lady at management for GM in Oshawa phoned me the bad news. Should I go ahead with rounding up a few people and filing a suit of sort and should I pursue my idea of TV show 20/20 and advertize in Toronto Star or do you think something else can be done not to hurt GM's image after the bailout. The notion that the customer comes first but really this is like the service manager calling me a liar and a cheat and GM management siding with him "Cause they have to work with our dealers" not with the customer though. Awaiting your response
Victor from Trenton
Just wondering if you can shed some light on a couple of questions I have.
1) Why are Canadian dealers allocated at a later date than U.S.?
2) Why are Canadian customers charged a higher MSRP than American counterparts.?
