I just read your Christmas message on the Camaro5 site and I want to thank you for all you have done to bring the Camaro back.
I took delivery of my 5th Gen - 2LTRS ABM 6sp Auto, with Sun Roof and White Rally Stipes on Aug. 28, 2009 after a long wait. It was well worth the wait. I love my Camaro. Part of the joy of owning a Camaro is the reaction of other people.
Another reason for my message is, I am VERY interested to know the official total production number for the ABM Camaro. This color is amazing. It is difficult to understand why the color was discontinued, however I understand GM needed to switch to a color it believed would sell better. Since GM decided to discontinue the ABM, the number of vehicles produced in this color has become very important. Please PM me, or post to the thread 5TH Gen Camaro SSLSLT General Discussions "Any Official Word on the total number of ABM produced".
Thanks for your time and support !

Hope all is well. Quick question for you: A couple of years ago, I bought a signed poster of the convertible concept Camaro from Bud. The title is "Consider the Gene Pool." You and several others signed the poster. There was also a printed list of the signers. However, one person's name is missing from the printed list: Todd (someone). Can you tell me who that is and what their title is?

I have had a bad experience with a dealer recently while trying to order a camaro. They lied about allocation and wasted nearly 2 months of my life and I am anticipating trouble getting my deposit back. In my particular case I was able to find another dealer and put in a order that was picked up last friday. It occurred to me however that a bad experience with a dealer could cost GM a sale and money. One of us might be willing to deal with a bit of BS to get our beloved camaro but some will get fed up and go somewhere else and that is even more true of your average buyer. My point. Is there some GM over site of dealers that can help loyal customers being jerked around?
