Hey SilverIce. Sorry to hear about the trouble that you're having with your Camaro. If the dealer has already tried reprogramming the PDIM (or MPIM as it's called in that bulletin), they may need to replace it. This is a problem that I've seen other people having, and that is currently the only suggestion I have. Again, I really apologize for the trouble that this has been causing you, but hopefully a replacement will resolve the issue that you are having.
