Hey!, will you be coming to the Camaro5 Fest in April? me, my brother and parents will be goin in all 3 of our 2SS/RS Camaros, also I LOVE WORKING FOR GENERAL MOTORS!!! my dad has worked for them for 27.5 years and me and my brother were hired in 1.7 years ago and have be loving it ever since!!!
Hope all is well. Quick question for you: A couple of years ago, I bought a signed poster of the convertible concept Camaro from Bud. The title is "Consider the Gene Pool." You and several others signed the poster. There was also a printed list of the signers. However, one person's name is missing from the printed list: Todd (someone). Can you tell me who that is and what their title is?
Thanks,
John (SIM 2SS Tom Henry Edition, picked up at Tom Henry the day of the farm cruise)
I have had a bad experience with a dealer recently while trying to order a camaro. They lied about allocation and wasted nearly 2 months of my life and I am anticipating trouble getting my deposit back. In my particular case I was able to find another dealer and put in a order that was picked up last friday. It occurred to me however that a bad experience with a dealer could cost GM a sale and money. One of us might be willing to deal with a bit of BS to get our beloved camaro but some will get fed up and go somewhere else and that is even more true of your average buyer. My point. Is there some GM over site of dealers that can help loyal customers being jerked around?
Dear Scott,
I have read many of your postings on here and believe you to be honorable, passionate and trustworthy. I know you are a very busy man and hesitate to even send this to you, however I will with hopes that something will be done so others will not have to go through something I deem unecessary. I will hopefully be getting #32474 tomorrow and this is part of a letter I'll be submitting to the dealership. The passivity with the "status quo" I have experienced lead me to believe that this needs the attention of someone that might have a little "pull". Thanx so much for all you do and for your attention....sorry to be bothering you with this "gripe", but I just don't know where else to turn. ltr: It is inconceivable to me that a car that has priority (as the dispatcher at Dixieanna told you) sits on a lot, unloaded from a train and ready for the truck, for a solid week. Is there absolutely no accountability here? Is anybody even aware of this? -shortened
