Hey all...

I know there are many threads out here already about Rodgers Chevrolet and their awesome service.... but I wouldnt be doing my part if I did not also throw my hat in the ring to do the same.

Long story short, I needed a Power Steering pump bracket as I lost mine during the year I had my Procharger, I searched online and saw a huge price descrepancy... 15-80 dollars.
Maureen from Rodgers saw my post asking about this and offered her services. $13 and no shipping charges. Holy Crap. sure, thanks Maureen.

I was suprised when I got home one day though and found two boxes from Rodgers.
Well... you dont always get what ask for when dealing with Rogers... you get a lot more.

- Rodgers Shop Towels
- Rodgers Hat (I think after the last 3 years Becky has given me at least 11 of these)
- Rodgers tote bag
- (????)
- Scott Settlemire signed Camaro Vert Hot Wheels!!!
- and to top it off, a hand written note from the Becky

So to top it off... thanks again Maureen and Becky from Rodgers Chevrolet

We will see you in August for sure... if not before... I am up in Traverse City

My favorite dealer here in Wisconsin has a slogan: When the products are similiar, it's the dealer that makes the difference. To me they go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure it's customers are satisfied when they walk out that door. It's little things they do that keeps me coming back.

My first choice was White until I sawe the 45th in person. Needless to say, went with the 45th and coldn't be haapier with that choice.

That dealership knows how to get attention. Well done!

philthy 02-03-2012 10:51 AM

Yes, above and beyond the call of duty for sure!

I wish they were closer to me, I would take my Camaro there for service.

Becky and Maureen rock!:headbang:

btw, ladies...I did not forget about you. I will be in contact soon about those parts I inquired on. A couple tweaks to the list.

BrainleSS 02-03-2012 10:55 AM

Those ladies are awesome, Rodgers ROCKS!!!!

I wish all dealerships provided this type of service. Over 6 months ago I had mine in for the PDIM replacement. I had to argue with, and explain to the tech the very meaning of the service bulletin. After convincing them to order me a replacement I haven't heard from them since.

One of my favorite dealers is in Wisconsin too. haha. And Dallas...

Eric from Classic and CamaroScotty from Newmans have really laid their reputations down for me and my family over the last few years.
They are some class acts, much like my experience at Rodgers, even though it was only a $13 dollar part. hahaha
