XM Sirius should be 12 months?
Read through a previous thread regarding this since I received my cancellation from XM Sirius stating my 3 months is up, however my sticker as others have indicated reflects 12 months on the ZL1. Contacted the dealer and XM Sirius and neither will do anything for me and honor what was listed.
Anyone have an idea of how to resolve this? Contact GM customer service?:iono: Thanks in advance |
My Dealer is honoring and updating my service.

I'm sending you a PM with some info that may help.

call XM...they asked for the VIN and gave me the 12 months

Same thing happened couple weeks ago.....Called the dealer and they took care of it.

My sticker specifically says "service subscription sold seperately AFTER twelve months". Man, I hope mine doesn't end in three months but I feel after reading this, it may.

Mine died in 3 mos . . . I keep telling myself I need to find my window sticker . .

I had this same issue. Called the dealer with a copy of the cancellation letter, Chevy website showing the 12 months and my window sticker. They took care of it. The important thing was they needed the radio ID for the subscription.

Mine went off after 3 mos. Called Sirius/XM yesterday directly at 1-888-261-9096. Got this number from a prior thread on this website. They turned it back on for me. Didn't want to reengage with the dealer so I went directly to Sirius. Hopefully it stays on for more than just 3 more months...

I think it is a way that they save money, they tell you twelve months and you have to renew at three months. There is probably a certain percentage of people who would never renew it and Chevy saves some money.
