Hey guys just found out I'm moving to Luke AFB and was wondering who my new C5 family is gona be! Just wanted to see what was up and meet some people before I head out there

i have from AUG 1-27 to report so some at some point in that time frame is when i'll be there!

So I got into Phoenix today. Went to fill the car up and can't seem to find 93 octane. Anyone know where I can find some? Got my car tuned to run 93 so I'm kinda in a pickle right now

Not going to find it. I moved here from TX and was tuned on 93 also. My car knocked like a mother on 91. Had to get it retuned. Talk to Joe at CPR and have him put you in contact with NicD. He redid my car and did a fantastic job. Dyno numbers will be SIGNIFICANTLY lower than you are used too. Dont take offense to it. Its the hot dry air, and shitty gas.

Is octane boosted worth trying to up the 91?

I use the Torco Accelerator. Its about $20 a can. If you buy 6 on ebay, typically its like $114. That is the only stuff that will actually add octane. Its basically concentrated race fuel in a can. They give you a table with how much to add to 91 fuel to get any desired octane up to 104. Thats the best stuff I have found. I have scanned cars with and without it, and it is definitely doing its job. Now I just use my 93 tune as my "race tune" when I add the Torco!
