I tried looking for one but never found one. I just used a center punch in the center of the 4 holes from inside the trunk. Once I got those 4 bolts lined up I marked the last two with a pencil from the top and drilled down from the top. Then I just slowly opened the holes until it fit. I'm pretty sure there's a few threads here about what tools to use and steps to take so there's no rust or leak issues.

I found a junkyard that had a wingless red trunk - they just shipped out today.

Im still looking for the template, but worst case, I will try your method
