Ring & Pinion INSTALL KITS.

We have been waiting on Richmond to get us install kits for over 3 weeks now. Mike@Richmond has been trying to get an answer from his supplier, but still nothing.

So we contacted the owner of Ratech. He quickly grabbed his calipers & pad and came down to our our shop this morning. He and Tracey looked like professors as they took many, many measurements of seals, shims, pinion, differiential, bearings, and nuts.

Hopefully, soon, we will have some install kits for our Camaro5 members.

Stay tuned,

Craig@cincyspeed.com

Awesome!!
Please keep me updated...I have a handful of folks waiting on these kits to place their order. And I think we ALL appreciate the help on this one!

I'll have to take a look and see if we can put a kit together.
Were one of the very few that offer an install kit for the GTO. Took awhile to track down some of the parts and the other we make.

Thanks
Chris

I was told the same thing...but that they were not in stock yet... HMM, perhaps he means they are just shipping them to those who had orders in like I had for my warehouse:iono:

Either way.... FINALLY!!!

I had 4 sets ordered direct from Richmond. I even paid to have them overnighted to us....Now they are out of Gears.

i just cant believe some of the other gear companies are not stepping up and making gears and kits,,, it would be easy money for them with how long it is taking to get parts that are supposed to be out months ago.

Can't help either. No stock anywhere. Gears are not a problem.

If you would, shoot me dealer pricing on 2 sets of 4:10s.

Quick update. If you have received your install kit already you need to contact the person you got it from. The Crush Sleeve is wrong.

We informed Don (Engineer @ Richmond)about it and he is already knocking out the new crush sleeves and shipping them to the customers. So its not to big of a deal.
I just wanted to give a heads up to the 45 members with the gears (50 4:10s were shipped, we have 5) and getting ready to install or have them installed before they tie up a lift waiting on the sleeve.

Ill take a picture of the Crush sleeves so you can make sure you have the correct one.

When will the new crush sleeve be available?

I have access to about 50 of them if needed.
Don @ Richmond will have them shipped soon for customers that already purchased the install kits.:)
