best rear diff fluid?
 

wanting to change out my rear diff fluid, what weight/brand seems to be best? any modifiers i need to add? its a 2011 ss l99

has anyone used redline shockproof heavyweight?

I run the Redline shockproof in our performance differentials. Works great.
I run it in my Camaro right now. It sticks on everything.lol....

hm okay think.ill try it. do any o the friction additives stand.out among the rest?

If you decide to use the Redline shockproof heavyweight,you do not need to add friction additive.It's allready in the oul.

Redline also offer friction modifier if you need it though.

how would i know if i needed to add the friction modifier? First time ever changing it

Only need to add the friction modifier if the clutchs in the diff chatters while turning.
