That is because you are paying $4800.00 for the wheels and tires. Not $470.00 for the optional 5 spoke polished wheels.

By default, the insert comes painted flat black. The only option at this time is to order the exposed carbon fiber insert. To have it painted like the rest of the car would be something you get done on your own (i.e. not from GM).
