Asking For Thoughts and Prayers
 

I don't normally do this, but can everyone please say a few prayers for my friend's family. Last month my friend's mom pased away from cancer and then last night their entire home burned completely to the ground.

This is truly terrible news.

I'm at a complete loss for words, so if you could all just please say a few prayers, I would truly appreciate it.

I feel for the family but prayers do nothing. Set up a donation or offer things that can help in times of need. Best wishes

That is horrible...compounding the loss of the matriarch of the family with this. Truly a sad event. Hopefully it was insured and that nobody was hurt in the fire.

It's not my place to set up a donation page. But should the family set one up, I will be sure to post it up here as well.

Until then, if you don't believe in prayer, keep your thoughts and opinions about that to yourself in here.

No one was hurt, thank God. But the house is a complete loss, and with it all of their family photo albums and personal documents.

Wow, a lot to happen to one family. My prayers go out to them.

(Sigh) There are times when life's challenges just seem too great. They will be in our prayers.

contact a local credit union or bank. They can set up a donation account for the family... with that you can have anyone make donation and make sure it goes to family!

I will say a prayer
