ADM Color Matching 6 Piston Brembos

We just finished the second set of 6 piston brembo's on Sackrat2SS car yesterday. The first set were done on the ADM Development car back in August 2009...These brakes have proven themselves worthy of the Z-28....Which we spoke of last year!

Here are some pics of his car with CCW wheels:

i think i'll be doing this once i order my 3-piece wheels! ;)

love the brakes!

Sack Rat 2SS 03-26-2010 04:36 PM

Installed the entire CTS-V front brake package along with ADM Braided Steel lines front and rear. Rear calipers were powder coated silver to match fronts and reused the SS rear rotors. Very little brake fluid was lost while changing over to new lines so a convential bleeding procedure was done in about 15 -20 minutes. I now have about 150 miles on the brakes and no issues. This weekend I plan to make several hard stops from different speeds to bed the pads and cure rotors. Braking should be improved as my Pirelli 275's are up front now as well. I weighed the SS front rotor at 25.8 lbs and CTS-V at 25.6 lbs. The Caddie rotor is 1/2 inch larger in diameter and slightly lighter. The CTS-V 6-piston caliper was 9 lbs by itself and SS 4-piston about the same as best I recall. So, there does not appear to be but very little unsprung weight change if any to do this upgrade. Andy along with many others agree that this is or will be the Z-28 brake package and he has a very reasonable price for this tweek. I am a happy guy. :D :D :D
