Lingenfelter Breaks Deep Into the 9s

Great day at the track for the Lingenfelter LS9 car. Today was RPM Transmission Track Day. The Lingenfelter LS9 car almost needed wings today they ran a 9.59 at 152mph! Congrats to the LPE crew!!!! The conditions seemed ideal but at the line it was very hard for anyone to get traction but they figured out how to work it out! Specs of the Camaro below

Looks like it ran 152 mph. Still fast enough for a chute!

paul2010 09-03-2010 08:08 PM

Watching the run it looked like he was running half throttle.

Supercharged SS 09-03-2010 08:20 PM

I would think so making that much power. I'd bet that thing could get itself into the 8's. Does it have s full cage?

paul2010 09-03-2010 08:22 PM

Yeah they have a full cage. I bet it has plenty more to give.

Supercharged SS 09-03-2010 08:25 PM

Paul, how's your car been doing?

Graham Behan 09-03-2010 09:25 PM

All,
The best mph was the 152.33, the next best was 152.28. The best 60 ft was 1.412 and I would like to thank Justice Pete for our shocks!!
More to come!!

Best Regards

Graham.

Congrats guys. Nice runs...

Just one question - what is the "strange" spike on the dyno run around 4,000 ? Thanks...:)
