Got backed up into, how much will this cost to fix approx?
 

Hey guys. Today I was parked and in the car waiting, and this guy in-front of me backed up into my car

I drive a 2007 BMW 525i(my moms secondary car i drive around)

There are scratches everywhere near the headlights too some dirt and small rocks hit it somehow I guess.

He doesnt have insurance and my car is insured. How much will this cost me?

It will cost you what ever your deductible is. Let the insurance deal with the guy that hit you.

I hope there was a cop there and he got big ticket, and he gets his plates taken away. In NY if you get in an accident with no 'current' insurance does not matter who was at fault the driver with no insurance must turn in his plates for a year and his license will be revoked and he can apply for a 'restricted' one that lets him drive only to work or school and doc appointments. I know this from experience, i renewed my policy but the check never got there and my company canceled my policy (they sent out the cancel notice AFTER the accident) just before i had a minor wreck (damage to front left fender and headlight and front fascia in the area that contained said headlight). i got a ticket and had to go to court, a few months later i got a letter from DMV in Albany saying I had to turn in my plate and DL for a year. in my case it was partially my fault, but i would NEVER be driving a car if it had NO insurance, if i would have known it never arrived i would have called them and paid by CC over the phone!
