Bullshit. GM bought me a brand new motor when a local dealer blew it up then tried to cover it up.

I am quite sure Pfadt made this offer for all the right reasons and in true sincerity. That being said, they just made a future customer out of me. Way to go guys![

This may be one of the best parodies ever.. It's even better how many of the commentators on the page don't realize it..

This should be in the "funny" thread:bellyroll:

As public as this is going, I'm sure something good will happen. I remember the story about the guy that took his Camaro in for service and left a tape recorder in there. He caught them beating on his car, he posted here on C5 and then it went public and he was taken care of.

Interestingly enough, if you search for First State Chevrolet on FB, this parody page is the first one that comes up... does not bode well for the dealership.

Oh, their FB page is down again. Either DoS'ed or they took it down because of all the bad publicity they are getting on this issue. Either way, the parody page is now their only presence on FB for anyone looking for them.

Set up a fund for your replacement camaro on gofundme?

RallySS 01-10-2014 06:19 PM

Be very careful with that page, it could be viewed as borderline if not defamatory and you could easily be paying for his Camaro...

Just a question, has GM even contacted you, if you can even say. Just asking, I would think this is going to be collateral damage for GM.

Best of luck, I have not posted on there page in hope that the dealer will do right for the right reason.
Best of luck....
