anyone use the UP customer service number?
 

Last week my car transfered from Canadian Pacific to Union Pacific.... the UP customer service line stinks!!!

Half the time the recording doesnt get the rail car number right... mine is ETTX908976... the lady in the recording only repeats the ETTX back when giving the location... isnt there more than one ETTX car??? On monday the ETA for "delivered at industry" was for 1:30something pm... now when I call it says the car is empty but only went to proviso il., instead of where it was supposed to end up in West chicago...and the ETA for delivered at industry is for tomorrow.... how the heck do I find out if the car ever made it where it was supposed to?

When I called, UP was not able to trace because the equipment was not in the register. Sounds like it has unloaded and out of service.

When I checked on my railcar, the system gave me a city, time of departure, and ETA for arrival at final destination.
