That equation doesn't work...

Sure it does. Ft. Mac is only 1200 ft, not near as bad

1200-270 = 930

(930 X 0.03 X 650)/1000 = 18.1hp

You'll love the supercharger if you've never had one before, they make crazy power in these cars. The first time you get on the throttle is unreal.

No I've never had one. I can't wait!!! Yea mission would e closest. There's a shitty 1/8 mile in Vic apparently. What's all done to yours?

Ted does great remote tuning. I have a couple of his tunes for my car. One for 91 Octane and one for 94.

I did time in Ft. Mac about 28 years ago. There was two or three busses a day going to Syncrude and the town as I recall was about 4000 people. Used to drink in a pub called the Oil can, sat with your back to the wall. I worked AOSTRA and for Petro Canada back then. It's now been 38 years in the industry and I've got about 5 left in me but I agree the oil patch has payed for and continues to pay for many mods...lol.

oil can was recently shut down, and the city is tearing it down soon. they say there's around 80000 permanent and about 120,000 including commuters. but unfortunately the biggest drawback is the infrastructure is set up for about 40,000 people. im trying to get all my expensive mods done now and paid for before i move to BC permanently.

heres another photo of some work i did today getting it ready for the supercharger:) also bought a little drill driven transfer pump i used to suck the tank out, seeing as i dropped it half full of fuel. just put it in a Jerry can to make it easier to reinstall.

mhoskins76 02-20-2013 04:09 PM

When and where are you moving back to in B.C.?

Caswell239 02-20-2013 04:12 PM

we are actually house shopping right now hoping to buy anytime in the next few months. Hoping to be moved out of my house here in the mac by august first. then ill commute for a few months till around middle of feb next year and then pull the plug.:)
