(Canada) So the dealer quoted me this price

HI,

I am in market for 2013 camaro ss. I just came back from the dealership today. Almost forgot to say that I am in Toronto, Canada. They quoted me 43000 for a a 46000 MSRP car ( 2ss with sunroof and orange interior, yes these are the only options and i know and it is ridiculously expensive in Canada). I would like to know how much you guys paid for you 1ss/2ss and how options you bought. For Canadian camaro owners, please tell me how much you paid and how you got the deal.

In addition to this, I saw a 2011 ss with leather seats for 32500 online. How do you guys think about the deal? Is the LCD screen standard in 2012 ss (b/c the 2011 i saw online doesn't have any other options other than leather seats) ? Is brembo brake standard in 2011 ss?

I saw some of the members on this forum got brand new 2013 camaros for 32000-37000, so jealous of them. I may consider going to Buffalo to buy a ss.

Any advice will be appreciated

If the '11 SS you saw has leather then it is a 2SS so it has a lot of other "options" that are standard as part of the 2SS package. Depending on mileage and options, $32,500 is not a great deal in the states for a used 2SS, in Canada maybe it is, I don't know. Brembo's are standard on all SS models.

The mylink touch screen radio became standard in '13 not '12.

$43K for a '13 2SS is not bad at all. My 2SS Hot Wheels Edition is $53K. Full loaded with Nav, Dual Mode Performance Exhaust, and Performance Short Shifter. Now the HWSE is an extra $7K over the regular 2SS because you get a very unique car.

I paid 42900 for my 1SS with RS Package, 1LE Package, Rear Vision and Boston Acoutics Audio, MSRP was around 46500. I also got a free car cover, 2 year maintenance package and a $500 gas card as well. I cant wait to pick my car up.

US$3600 under MSRP for 2013 SS2 convertible.

I have to say you got a stupid crazy deal my friend!!! just WOW!! Did you have any rebate from GM, like cash down or anything?

I got my 1SS 1LE with NPP/IOM/Rear Vision for 42411$ MSRP 45594$. They are not making more than 600$ over the 'cost' for the price I paid. I must pray now for a better rebate in april to save more before the car is delivered..I had a GM 500$ cash back rebate on it too. Anyway, I'm pretty happy about the deal I got :emoticon5:
