From Delivery to Getting Home! What a hoot!
 

All concerned at City Chevrolet attacked the car with interest and care! The PDI was superb! It was the first one delivered by Hendrick's City Chevrolet in Charlotte NC!

#199 is now home after a stop at ROCKET STOP FIREWORKS! How appropriate is that for the cars first stop on the way home? I met a fellow C5'er (BigV8LS3 - Jerry) who had expressed an interest in seeing the car. That's the selected spot. He showed up in a 2300 Supercharged G8 with coil overs and plenty of speed.

After getting home, my wife and I got the Z Dog and went out to take some pics (after an additional wax)...

Thanks GM! It's a beauty!

Got my car yesterday! 15 miles on it! This car is amazing, you can really feel the upgrades from the SS. The power is ridiculous...I love the interior, and the ride is smooth. I could not be happier. Had a nice ride from NC back to MD. Those who are waiting for their cars, be patient, it is worth the wait. Here are some pics.

Here are some pictures of the paint mods I have done so far. It is not at LMR having Headers, Cold air intake, 160 degree Thermostat, Upper pulley, Harmonic balancer, 63 lbs/hour fuel injectors and so other misc.

that black and silver looks amazing, did you actually get that all painted on or did you use vinyl ?

It was all painted by Cory Scott at Kustom Werx in Spring, Texas. I have had him do several cars for me.

Hows pricing? thinking i might have him do my SS then :D

His pricing is very reasonable. But he is very busy so you just have to schedule it with him.
