I don't mean to :threadjacked: but, I was thinking the same about the air pump, if you have a flat and plug it yourself on the side of the road, that's not the time to find out it doen't work!

Thos enuts th e10mm .. I woul suggest.. you go to local hardware store.. get (4) or how many you need Nylock nuts.. they will never back off.. even using a reg lock washer..you cannot overtighten those nuts ..so a nylock nut you can snug it to where its firm.. YET it will never beack off..use them exclusively on the Rollback... (vibration)....:):drool::headbang::w00t::thumbup:: wave:

Agree... nyLock nuts with a regular flatwasher would work well..
Who knows... all of these nuts may have been tight from the factory and are just vibrating loose with no lock washers etc. |
mine has something rattling around in the decklid but I pulled the grommets and everything is tight

Good Call.....I just checked the 4 nuts securing the spolier on my 2LT and sure enough, they were LOOSE!
So I took my 10MM socket and tightened them up Thanx for the info !! |
