I don't mean to :threadjacked: but, I was thinking the same about the air pump, if you have a flat and plug it yourself on the side of the road, that's not the time to find out it doen't work!

I already had to take my car back to the dealer so they could fish out a bolt inside the trunk lid.

True... some lockwashers might be a good add too...

Those nuts should have a locking flat connected to the nut, the lock tight would be a good fix.

It may have been your trunk monkey that loosened them to begin with. Did you forget to to feed him again? You know how that pisses them off!!!!!!

Thanks for the info! My spoiler nuts needed a 1/4 turn.

nuts

Thos enuts th e10mm .. I woul suggest.. you go to local hardware store.. get (4) or how many you need Nylock nuts.. they will never back off.. even using a reg lock washer..you cannot overtighten those nuts ..so a nylock nut you can snug it to where its firm.. YET it will never beack off..use them exclusively on the Rollback... (vibration)....:):headbang::w00t::thumbup:: wave:

Agree... nyLock nuts with a regular flatwasher would work well..

Who knows... all of these nuts may have been tight from the factory and are just vibrating loose with no lock washers etc.

Probably like post #11... an extra nut. Someone probably saw it missing and replaced it before the caps went on.
