OK--the venue is set. We will be returning to SGMP for our end of the year blowout!

Registration Fee - $20 per car (this covers the police escort and armed security for our cars for two nights).

We will start Friday night with some meetin, greetin, eatin, and streetin. (cruising)--to coin the phrase from Tusk
Dinner at Austins at 7:00 pm!!!

Saturday -
9:00 am: Police Escorted Cruise starting at the Holiday Inn Conference Center which will end at SGMP. Even in you're coming in on Saturday, come straight to the hotel and join us for the cruise to the track!
SGMP gates open at 10:00 am with time trials and grudge racing from 11-4 pm. Tim at SGMP is setting up some special races just for us Camaro folks with a trophy to the winner(s).
($25 to race/$10 to spectate) Then back for more meetin, greetin, and eatin.

Sunday - Meet & Greet until you depart for home

Nothing is official yet. But these plan are pretty solid.

Thank you acatlover for starting this thread so we can get some opinions.

So guys. Would you like this to be::
1. Friday-Sunday event
2. Friday-Saturday event.

Remember we are still planning.

As of now we have interest from Tampa, Orlando, Emerald Coast, and Jacksonville.

Its on my calendar...Would prefer Gainesville since I'm coming from Orlando area. 2 day event sounds good. Friday to Saturday OR Saturday to Sunday would work. Too bad a friend bought my Gator Tix for that day or I could do both! :thumbsup:

We are planning for Gainesville. Will only switch to SGMP if it turns out to be too difficult to get hotels that weekend.

We're in for either location. We vote for Friday-Saturday.

South Georgia Motorsports Park near Valdosta, GA (would be about another 1 1/2 to 2 hours for the Southern group.) Sorry...didn't mean to speak in code...lol!
