Love the video and review. Can't go wrong with Randy Probst. 1:22.7 was 5th fastest at Willow Springs (fastestlaps.com). Way to go Camaro 1LE

Sweet, I was waiting to see, this. I just read the mustang track pack vs 1LE review the other day. Nice to here Mr. P's opinion on the ride!

The ZL1 IS the ultimate (all around) Camaro! The 1LE is track focused.

That's kinda reworking the wording on the ZL1's initial goal...

All I can say is amazing!

Wow, probably the best review I've seen for any Camaro model so far...there was a brief/minor mention of visibility issues and that's the closest thing I could see to a "negative" of this car. Once again, can't say it enough: Great job by GM, Team Chevy, and Team Camaro and I'm glad to own one of these bad boys :thumbsup::chevy::D

The advertising always showed it as a CAN DO everything Camaro with ALL the toys standard.

Those lap times are amazing. Can't wait for my 1LE to get here, being built this week!

I could have told you that it was the best handling Camaro yet.. But I liked it better coming from his mouth.. lol I love my car...

Sound Was great. Love the heel to toe down shift @ 6.17 (that "sound track" is soooo good)

Havent driven one yet? I plan on test driving 1 this week or a ZL1. Love to test drive both. Wish this car had the magnetic ride suspension.. Anyway, incredible review on the 1lE!

I wonder what the 1LE would be like lowered a little with 200WHP and 200WTQ more.......

The 1LE SS just simply kicks the ass of cars costing so much more.

Never seen over 50 people viewing in this section before. Glad to see more people seeing what this car is capable of.

So the 1le has the same power plant as the SS LS3. How does it pick up the quicker 0-60 and quarter mile times.? Is it the suspension tuning? What is the rear end ratio is it 3:45:1 ?

Nice video ... Dual mode does sound great.

I'd be willing to bet a big part of the better 0-60 time was the wider rear tires on the 1LE vs stock SS. I'm sure the gearing helps also, but I'd bet mainly the tires

ok. im doing deal and trading 04' m3 for new 1L3.

The 3:91 final drive is just as big of a factor

I must say that I'm slightly envious of the 1LE. I had to piece together my SS part my part and i'd wager I'm at best about even with what your cars are capable of. At only $3500 over the price of an SS its definitely the performance bargain of the century.

yea the 3.91's coming stock have a ton to do with the 1/4 mile times. quite a few SS owners have already swapped thier 3.45's out with the OEM 3.91's, or went the route i am going and just swapping the diff's with the 1le diff
