Someone on here has to have done it.. it exactly like my v exept HOW DO YOU GET TO THE BACK FOUR BOLTS? THERE has to be some way im not seeing. This is a walk in the park on the caddy but someone forgot to tell GM this isn't a fourth gen..

I hear GM states that the entire cradle needs to be lowered to access these bolts. Some vendors here say that they can get them with a 1/4" drive 6" extension with a swivel. I have also seen a holesaw technique through the cowl under the black plastic trim then closing them off with a plastic plug after reinstallation.

Wouldn't it be easier to remove the entire s/c instead?.. Like an hr of wrk from what I've heard..

God damn it.. thanks for the info.. im going to have to chew on this for a bit..
And as far as removing the blower, the top HAS TO come off to do thst.. thanks gm. I got this car so id leave the caddy alone.. of course you make it harder to work on.

Stephen already linked to my solution. Dropping the cradle is actually the right way to do it if you have a lift. The holes are easy to block off if not made too large.

Also be careful with your outer fenders as you lean over to work on the engine, our Camaros are built well but the fenders dent from arms easily

How do you remove the wiper arms? I got the nut off but they are not budging

They are a PITA! They're just really tight so do your best to pry up from under without damaging the plastic cowl underneath. They will come. They just take serious persuasion.

Get the wiper tool easy as pie and the back bolts on the charger can be removed without drilling holes or dropping cradle not a walk in the park but not the most difficult thing I have ever done either

Well the sad truth is, with this build. I would bet the blower will be off more than once.. as much as i hate to do it, access holes and plugs are prob the way to go. I got the blades off. I will be porting the ENTIRE blower and snout and putting it back on and dynoing the car this week. I would love to see manual trsns numbers out of this auto. Im sure there have been sev threads but ill start one once i get the blower off..
