Black camaro blue wheels? Help!

Can someone photoshop my black car with blue blaze wheels? The plastidip color?

I might try this... I like being bold but this might be too much.

You don't have to do the entire wheel. Just the spokes, or inbetween, or just the face, or just the sides of the spokes, lots of options to try.
