SLP Blackwing Cold Air Induction

1. SLP Blackwing Cold Air Induction Package with stock replacement filter

2. SLP Blackwing Cold Air Induction System replacing the whole stock system

Does anybody have any experience with these cai systems?

Sound?

The blackwing is just a replacement tube that utilizes the stock box. While it does eliminate the OEM accordian tube and silencers, it's been shown NOT to produce HP any better than OEM. It does look better than stock though. Haven't heard much about the $450 one that snakes down in front of the wheelwell though. There are several others that are proven performers for less.

I have the one that replaces the tube. While the sound on the uptake the HP is probably minimal.. I'm just SLP all the way however when it comes to my Camaro.
