Its another word for Fake. If you need a pic just look at the current SS. Its that hunk of plastic in the center of the facia resemling a hood scoop.

besides the utter pointlessness of this, one thing to keep in mind is that with the location of the faux scoop, to make it functional would require that the hood and nose be raised high enough to clear the frame supports and whatnot... and the fact that with the dimensions of the scoop would have to be enlarged to be able to flow enough air to be greater than that from a CAI.

everyone wants a real scoop, everyone thinks that RamAir is better than ColdAir... the only point that a ram air setup is worth customizing over a CAI is when you are at speeds of over 100mph where the vehicle is moving fast enough to actually force the air in past what the engine is already sucking on its own.

Or, move the scoop to the hood.
