Love the looks of this splitter! Very interested! Can you describe what gel coat fiberglass is? I worry about a fiberglass splitter cracking or breaking easier than a composite one. Also, how much ground clearance is lost with it installed over stock? I'm lowered 1 1/4". Thanks!

Its the same material we have been making our front splitters and spoilers for Corvettes for the past twelve years. It's very durable fiberglass/plastic mix. These are more durable than ABS. The only way you crack this is if you try to drive over a concrete parking stop.

This will lower your front about 3/4". this splitter goes more "out" than "down".

The Camaro in the picture is my personal car. I love this splitter, best mod I have done yet.

Can you post a picture of this side by side with the SLP since you sell both. Also can you show the mounting Points

I don't have a side by side pic. But the SLP is not as "aggressive". Our splitter is about 1/2" larger going straight out.

Our splitter mounts with 10 bolts, we provide.

Thanks!

Thanks, I just sent you a PM.

We have the ZL style splitter in matte black/flat black available right here: http://www.rpidesigns.com/shop/item.aspx?itemid=2050

We also have the SLP splitter, which is not really a matte/flat, it's more of a plastic shine, available here: http://www.rpidesigns.com/shop/item.aspx?itemid=2045

Thanks!

A couple more questions, is the flat black close in color to the OE grills and what would the total cost be with discount and shipping to 14031 for flat black? Thanks!
