WHAT!!! Wasn't his deposit refundable? I'm no lawyer, but if he had it in writing he should be able to get it back.

There's a lot more coming soon. If it affects anyone here, I really feel your pain.

You don't need to ask about us - we're fine!

Call GM

Get in line with the rest of creditors looking for money...I'm afraid the answer is no...Remember, there will be alot of dealers going under...Big and small makes no difference...Find a family run dealer to be safe,,,if you can...

SAD NEWS. Both Parsons Chev in Farmington, Ct., and Parsons Chev/Buick in Plainville, Ct. are old established dealers. Which one is closing ?. Parsons in Farmington just spent millions on a complete rebuild.

This is part of reducing by 2000 outlets. Put those deposits ON A CARD.

That is horrible news! I never thought this would happen to them. They have been around all my life.
I don't know why they moved from the Farmington location next to the country club and to the Farmington rt 6 location, but i know alot of the people that had used them didn't like the new location.
This is now a sad day.
