Some people expressed some interest in this so here it goes.

Let us use this thread for all things weight related. High reps, low reps, nutrition, technique, what ever.

From the last thread...

Here are my lifting PR's:

Power Clean: 215 lbs x 3RM
Bench Press: 315 lbs x 3RM
Deadlift: 345 lbs x 4RM (pic below)
Single Arm Press: 95lbs per arm x 5RM (Pic Below)
Squat: 295 lbs x 3RM

Plyo:

Broad Jump: 9 ft 3 in
Verticle: 32 in

Sprint:

40 yard: 4.9 sec
Mile: 6:35

I'll move my pics tomorrow when I'm on my pc.

Great post, I will keep an eye out for new stuff for me to try. I work out at the gym 6 days a week working all the muscle groups. I run 4-5 miles 3 times a week, and Ive also started Insanity and will start week 2 of this (wanted something new for cardio). So anything new would be helpful.

damn man you have me beat in everything but the mile. I can crank out a sub 6 minute run all day.

Great idea too when I get the chance I'll add to the original post everyone's PBs.

Hey, I'd trade all of it for your mile time! I weight about 215 lbs right now. I'd kill to be a lean, quick monster like you man. My punches are too lumbering and telegraphed. I would trade some strength for speed in a second!
