I feel like an even bigger sh*t not being able to meet you and seeing it this weekend... SWEET video though!!! Why is the car so quiet though? j/k I can't get over how good a finish it looks like the hood and trunk lid have. Did the bodyshop comment on how much additional prep' or finish work they needed to do to get them so flat looking and what-not?

The hood fit was 100%. There's one TEENY TINY lift in the passenger side front corner but it's like 2mm?? The trunk had some additional prep on one corner, but it wasn't a big deal they said. I'm guessing maybe half hour or an hour of prep, and then normal sanding, primer, etc.

The car is quiet because I paid the extra 100 bucks for the "Helical gear cut" that makes the supercharger ALOT quieter. It's really worth the money since I hate supercharger whine. You can hear the spool from inside and the bov sounds great. Only when I left off the gas under semi-heavy boost do you have a clue that I have a s/c.

I park under embarcadero center 1. I don't take the camaro to work though as I don't think the driveway crubs are wide enough during the small turns to get in and out of without curb rash. if you want, take a weekday off and we'll go to lunch or something on the peninsula.

Cool deal. I've always been skeptical of AM panels and what-not, and it sounds like these are top-notch.

Oi, yeah. Besides just that there is the whole issue of keeping the car clean.

Nikki parks her car in dirt a parking lot by her work thats under the freeway, so it constaly has a layer of dust on it.

But yeah, maybe we'll meet up some time soon.
