Latest style MGW shifter. As close to new as possible.

I just got this shifter back from MGW. I spent $100 getting it updated to the new style along with sending all brand new dynomat material and rubber boots. This shifter is just like new. Only reason I'm selling this is because I was able to get another one before receiving this one back. I was impatient and wanted to drive my car. This is the best shifter for our cars. Not pictured is the never installed handle that uses the stock knob and also an updated piece that holds the front of the dust boot up. I left them at my shop, but they will be included. Price is $300 picked up or $325 shipped to the lower 48.

What did they change?

The front arm mounts, arms, and rear bracket. The front arm mounts now come with alignment pins. The arms have the alignment pin holes and their own bushings. You don't transfer your bushings over any more and you don't have to guess if the shifter is level. The alignment pins take care of that.

I see where some have installed the shifter in a G8, but I didn't see if it's the one for the Gen 5 Camaro. On a side note, I kick myself for not getting a GXP back when you could buy them using GM employee discounts. The prices have stayed about the same as I would have paid four years ago.

George @ MGW says they are the same with the exception of the shift knob handle; checking to see my options....
