I need your help...$100 Reward!

A few months ago I lost my car..I don't want to get into the reasons here since the last thread I made about this turned into a huge discussion of my family life. Let's just say it was repossesed despite me paying for it. I had a 2010 1LT/RS Victory Red with Black cloth, auto, conveinience and connectivity package, no stripes. I ran a carfax on it the other day and it turns out that it was brought to some where in the Detroit area and sold at auction on October 27. Carfax doesn't give the name of the auction or to whom it was sold. What I am asking is if anybody sees my car on a dealership lot please let me know! I want to try to track it down and see if I can possibly buy it back. I have also asked Becky@Rodgers to see if she can help me and she said she'll see what she can do.
VIN: 2G1FB1EV8A9102015 2010 Camaro 1LT RS Package Automatic Conveinience and Connectivity Package Victory Red No Stripes Black Cloth Mods: Injen Cold Air Intake Flowmaster Exhaust Lowering Springs (1") Painted engine cover RS emblems on fenders Again if you see a car like this on a car lot somewhere please stop and check the VIN. If you provide me with a lead that ends up getting me my car back, I'll send you $100! Also if anybody knows what auction in the Detroit area it might have been sold at let me know. It was financed through GMAC, if that helps. |
Good luck buddy im glad to see your back on your feet again keep me posted

I can find it no worries, and not that's not an arrogant statement. Part of my job is running background checks on potential hires without their knowledge(the hiree's that is). I have a saying that most people don't really believe "no matter what it is it will be on the Internet. Everything is on the Internet. "

I say it's time to move on. It has been sold to a new owner and you are not gonna get it back unless you want to pay way more than what it is worth.

$100?? Well, that's a noble gesture, but I don't think that small of an amount would motivate anyone really. I think someone would try to check for you out of the goodness of their hearts.
I'm pretty sure it'd be nowhere near these parts in the southeast, but if I do spot it somewhere, I'll post up...for free even. But if you have already paid for it, or haven't violated your payment agreement to the point they came and repo'ed your car, then that's a LEGAL matter you and your lawyer should be investigating. |

Link to Michigan's DMV website. It's a request form for a copy of vehicle's current registration. This will give you owner and address. Though the DMV has a $7 finders fee. Figured you wouldn't mind too much about $7. |
Well your car ended up in Texas it looks like from this thread.

That car appears to have landed at Holt Certified used cars in Hurst, TX.
http://www.lemonfree.com/2G1FB1EV8A9102015.html There is a Link to it. It appears to be the one in the same from the other thread. Sorry brother, I'd move forward from here. |

Yep, a bittersweet story has unfolded. |
Well, I will tell you , I love this car. I did get your note as well. Thank you, she will be well taken care of. You are young, and will have plenty of time to do it over again.
